Serdecznie polecamy Alforno Madeira! Był to nasz pierwszy przystanek po przylocie na Madere. 😌 Obsługa jest sympatyczna, towarzyska, serdeczna i pomocna. Jedzenie bylo smaczne i podane w odpowiednim czasie od złożenia zamówienia. Atmosfera tego miejsca jest przyjacielsko-rodzinna, przez co można czuć się swobodnie 😌 Polecamy w 100%. Das beste Restaurant hier in der Gegend. Haben mehrere Restaurants getestet aber dieses ist wirklich sehr gut. Zum Start einen Salat und Bruschetta in anderer Form als man es normalerweise kennt. Pizza und Pasta sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Uns hat eine Dame namens Mila aus Venezuela bedient. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber auch der Rest des Personals ist höflich. 10/10 👏👏👏 ~ Esra

Wir fanden, nach langer Suche, das Alforno Madeira! Die Pizzen waren großartig! Meine Pizza Hawai war saftig mit frischer Ananas belegt! ( kennt man in D nur aus der Dose). Das essen war sehr, sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert!!! Da wir noch am Anfang unseres Urlaubs sind, werden wir dort wieder hingehen. Die Bediehnng sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam! Dicke 5* ~ Angie G

Wir waren bereits mehrere Male hier essen, weil es uns so gut gefällt. Alle Vorspeisen, Pizzen und Nudeln, die wir probiert haben, haben gut geschmeckt. Der Service war immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Auch wenn das Restaurant voll ist wartet man nicht lange auf Getränke und Essen. Auch Veganer und Vegetarier werden hier fündig, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht riesig ist. ~ sawa

Die beste Pizza die ich jemals gegessen habe! Absolut lecker. Super toller Teig, gute Tomatensoße und der Belag extrem köstlich! Nur zu empfehlen! Am besten einen Tisch reservieren. Preislich absolut okay! Falls wir irgendwann noch mal nach Madeira kommen, werden wir definitiv dort noch mal Pizza essen gehen. Ich würde schon fast sagen, wir kommen genau deshalb noch mal dorthin. 😀 ~ Jonas H

2nd time going to Alforno, welcoming staff and quickly seated, attentive staff also making sure everything was catered for. We shared the cheesee garlic bread for starter each time, was a smaller portion that expected but the quality made up for it. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was stone baked , nice spice to the tomato base, stringy cheese and lovely quality of meat, my girlfriend order the prawn extravaganza with linguine pasta and she made sure everyone knew how good it was, she was also provided a blanket due to a windy spell by the staff. We both ordered desert both having the hot brownie with ice cream, there is a selection of ice cream despite the menu saying only vanilla, the brownie was more like a brookie although still nice. Sensationell. Wir haben eine vegetarische Pizza (Holzofen, selbstgemachter Teig, unglaublich gut), vegane Lasagne und einen Salat gegessen (Salat sind mega Portionen, die satt machen). Participamos (4amigas) na masterclass de piza na pizaria Alforno. Foi uma tarde muito bem passada e divertida em que aprendemos alguns truques e fizemos uma piza com uma massa maravilhosa. Por fim degustamo-la no ambiente fantástico que tem a "Alforno". O Adam, bem como todo o pessoal, foram muito disponíveis e amáveis. Iremos concerteza regressar para jantar com a família. ~ Vanessa

Another trip to the island meant a repeat visit to alforno! The food as always was delicious with a couple of new pizza additions to the menu. The new porchetta and Milan pizza was very nice and everyone loved the other staples of margarita pizza, calzone etc. Nice atmosphere, very buzzing, not good if you want a romantic meal! Wine and drinks, reasonable in price. Service in the main is excellent, just the odd, 'grumpier staff member that I came across, but sometimes this is objective and they are just efficient. We have been to Maderia with our kids several times now and it has been great to see new eateries like Alforno opening to give greater choice to the culinary scene. At the moment it is the best pizza we have found in funchal and look forward to trying the new location if one opens in future. ~ Danny B

Op een maandagavond zowel het terras en binnen nagenoeg vol. Gelukkig was er plek voor twee. Medewerkers vullen elkaar naadloos aan en zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Arancini, heerlijk, met een tomatensaus;OMG. Let op, best een grote portie. De pizza’s waren perfect en voorzien van vers gemalen peper. Absolute aanrader dus ~ Perry P

Sehr empfehlenswerte Pizzeria – besonders auch für Vegetarier! Neben sehr guter Pizza gibt es eine große Auswahl an Nudelgerichten, und das Beste: Man kann jede Nudelsorte frei mit jeder Soße kombinieren. So findet wirklich jeder sein perfektes Gericht. Das Personal war außerdem ausgesprochen nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🍕 ~ Christoph

From the moment you walk in, the place just feels right — warm, lively, and casual in the best way. It’s the kind of spot where you instantly relax and start eyeing what’s on other people’s tables. The commitment to quality here is obvious from the first bite: their Neapolitan-style pizzas are made with dough fermented for a full 48 hours , and you can absolutely taste the difference. The crust has this incredible airy chew with just enough char — light enough that you’ll finish the whole thing and somehow still consider ordering dessert. ~ Nigel G

Nos encantó este restaurante! Conocí al dueño en la tienda donde trabajo y vine por su recomendación. Un lugar con un ambiente muy bueno, decoración que nos hizo sentir en casa y la comida divina! Comimos 2 tipos de pasta diferente, la Carbonara y la de camarones y ambas estaban increíbles. Nos atendió Gabriel, un señor súper simpático y nos sentimos súper bien atendidas. Muchas gracias! Fantastyczna 🍕, świetne piwo bananowe. Miła i sprawna obsługa. Wystawiłbym zdjęcia pysznej pizzy ze szpinakiem oraz piwa, ale od paru lat Google blokuje mi możliwość dodania zdjęć, nie wiem dlaczego, rzekomo naruszenie regulaminu, tylko nie wiem jakiego skoro zdjęcia są moje wykonane w realnych ocenianych miejscach. ~ Makgajwerek

Waren ohne Reservierung hier, haben aber trotzdem einen Platz (im Innenbereich) bekommen. Obwohl es voll war, wurden wir schnell und kompetent bedient. Die Calzone Verde war großartig. Leckerer Teig und reichlich gefüllt. Dazu eine hausgemachte Sangria. Das Restaurant ist etwas eng und unruhig, aber es hat uns trotzdem gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder! ~ Jenny U

O Alforno é um dos melhores e mais recentes restaurantes na zona do Lido. A experiência foi incrível, desde o atendimento até a comida (que estava excelente 🤩). Desta vez pedimos uma massa carbonara (auténtica carbonara 🇮🇹 ) e uma pizza Shuffle Truffle com extra de anchovas ( simplesmente fantástica🤯). Super leckere Pizza! Wir hatten die Smoked Burrata und die Shuffle Truffle Pizza – beide richtig lecker. Der Teig war schön saftig und der Rand perfekt knusprig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und wir mussten nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Geheimtipp: Fragt nach schwarzem Pfeffer für euer Essen und schaut was passiert. 😉 ~ Tom K

Absolut zu empfehlen, wir haben wirklich selten so gut gegessen. Besonders der Superstar auf der Karte , Pizza Burrata ( vorne auf der Karte als Bild )war geschmacklich das Highlight. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, preislich absolut gerechtfertigt. Unmittelbar an der Straße, wo es immer was zu sehen gibt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend ~ Björn H

Ottimo ristorante a Madeira. Il personale è super rapido, qualificato e gentile. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato e ci fosse la fila in nemmeno 10 minuti eravamo seduti e dopo altri 10 stavamo già mangiando. La pizza è buona, gli ingredienti particolarmente, unica nota era la cottura che avrei preferito maggiore. Buono anche il dolce. ~ Michael M

Wir waren aus Zufall dort essen und es war sehr lecker. Wir hatten als Vorspeise Tomate Mozzarella, als Hauptspeise hatte ich den Lachs und mein Freund ein Steak. Es war sehr schön angerichtet, geschmacklich eine 10/10 😍 Preis-Leistung ist auch gut, aber wenn man nach einer Langen Wanderung auf den Ruivo satt werden will, nicht perfekt. ~ Emily S

Es war lecker und Preis-Leistung stimmt. Wir sind hier immer wieder gerne eingekehrt. So auch heute für unser Abschiedsessen vom Urlaub und von der Insel. Sehr freundliche r Service, alle Gerichte waren ein Geschmackserlebnis, zuletzt sind wir dazu übergegangen, unseren Tisch zum Abendessen vorzubestellen. Durch die turbulente Straße ist immer auch für Unterhaltung gesorgt. Für Sportfans gibt es einen großen Fernseher. ~ Katrin F

Bardzo dobra pizza, świetne podejście do klienta. W środku nie było miejsca, zajęliśmy miejsce na zewnątrz. Po 10 minutach zwolniło się miejsce i Pan nas poinformował o możliwości zmiany miejsca, czy ch emy się przenieść. Dzieci miały atrakcje, zdjęcie z gigantycznym młynkiem do pieprzu. Der Salat war einer der besten, die wir je in einem Restaurant bekommen haben! • Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. • Solltet ihr mit mehreren Personen kommen oder zu Stoßzeiten essen wollen, empfehle ich auf jeden Fall, vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren. I celebrated my birthday at this Italian restaurant during my stay in Madeira at an all-inclusive hotel. The restaurant caught my eye while exploring the area, and we decided to give it a try. We were seated promptly upon arrival and handed menus. The food was absolutely amazing, with a variety of interesting pizzas and pastas, along with delicious starters and drinks. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and we would definitely return in the future. The only downside was that the service for taking orders and drinks was a bit slow, and we had to ask multiple times to receive them, but the restaurant was very busy. Despite this, the fantastic food would be reason enough for me to visit again. ~ Cameron B
